Powtoons always have very good…
Powtoons always have very good responses to any help request. I appreciate how they are putting effort into constantly evolving and yes there have been many teething problems over the years, but I'm confident they will get there.

I loved using Powtoon but couldn't continue to afford it
I loved using Powtoon & was able to make some great things. Staff were lovely to me, & extremely helpful & understanding.Sadly it is far too expensive for me. They advertise a monthly subscription but when I enquired about this, the person who responded didn't seem to quite get what my issue was about how they advertise their payment plans. Shame, I may have been able to stretch to a monthly subscription. I went elsewhere.
