Excellent Customer Service
After a few messages, the consultant managed to get the monthly cost down as I was looking for a monthly plan but felt the $89 monthly payment was way too high compared to the annual cost. Given I am a new start-up I appreciated they were happy to negotiate. Great customer service by Amir

User friendly!!
User friendly! Really easy to learn, I mean if you know how to use Power Point or any video editing software, you will learn Powtoon very fast. Their staffs are very friendly as well! Thanks Gisele, she helped me a lot!

Billing Issue
I had a billing issue where I was billed twice and i reached out to Customer service and they responded quickly and had my problem solved the same day. Very thankful for the quick turnaround.
