What do you like best about Powtoon? I like the intuitiveness and the ease-of-use of the platform. I also like how the tools are ver y easy and quick to understand and how making professional looking videos is now accessible to everyone.

Failure to upload PPTX file
I recently found I couldn't upload a PPTX file into Powtoon so wrote a support ticket. I got a quick response, asking me to send the file through and had a response in less than 30 minutes. While it wasn't the answer I hoped for, it clarified why I couldn't upload it and gave me a list of items in the PPTX file that will not upload.

Monthly subscription to Pro
I hadn’t realized that the monthly Pro subscription renews automatically. I sent an email asking to cancel the subscription and whether it was possible to receive a refund, and I received a prompt, positive response.

Had some issues with the background…
Had some issues with the background not showing. Customer service replied super fast. The suggested troubleshooting sounded complicated, but we managed to evade it by switching to a different browser.
