Great Service
I emailed on a Saturday with a customer service request. Not only did customer service help me, but they got back to me lightening fast. I'm so impressed with customer service with Powtoons. There are so many internet companies that don't seem to care about their customers, but Powtoon isn't one of them!

I am extremely pleased with Kenny's offer to upgrade my two-year plan to a one-year agency plan after seeing my confusion and disappointment of not being able to download the agency character. Joy, Jenny and Vincent Save the Day!
My customer service team of Joy, Jenny and Vincent helped me out of a huge pickle. I am taking a class at UC and we needed to create a "how to". I wanted to tell the story of how my dad told me "How to Pick a Husband" so I needed to create custom characters. I thought when the site said I could try them for free, I would be able to send my professor a link, knowing the agency mark would be on my characters. "Great tool for animated videos"
What do you like best about Powtoon? I like the library of animation graphics and the background music options. There are also templates to choose from that make creating a video quick and easy.
