Wonderful customer service experience!
There was a glitch while making my near-completed Powtoon and it caused me to lose all the progress that I had made. Luckily, I contacted customer service and they were able to restore it! This was an absolute life-saver because I was doing this Powtoon for a grad school assignment and it was due, I wouldn't have had time to re-do it! Wonderful customer service experience.

Powtoons A+ Customer Service
My Powtoon video got deleted or didn't save or something that I can't really explain, and I was devastated because it is for a class and I spent hours on it. Luckily, the Powtoon customer service reps were able and willing to help me recover an earlier copy from their end. They were so quick and so helpful, even outside of regular business hours and right before a holiday! A+ Customer Service
