The crossed work between the chat and the email was just great. I was worried there wouldn't be a workaround to the fact I wasn't receiving the emails, but the team (not sure if just Kenny or more people helped) was just awesome.

Prompt subscription upgrade.

Needed subscription upgraded promptly to get a project out, organisation does not have a credit card so I had to contact support to pay by EFT. Invoice issued, receipt of payment confirmed and upgrade activated within 24 hours. Excellent service.

I was lloking for a monthly plan and…

I was lloking for a monthly plan and even though in the Q&A section says Powtoon actually has it, I wrote to ask for some orientation and the staff told me it was no longer supported. I don't have the money to pay a year all at once, but I do have to pay a monthly subscription.
