Wonderful people, behind a wonderful software
I hold an "Agency" license from Powtoon. Due to an error, a "Powtoon EDU_Classroom" license had remained active even though it should not have been. Unfortunately, I only saw after 2 months that I had been automatically charged because I was no longer in the school with which I had activated the subscription and the invoice had arrived in an unused mailbox. Speedy and amazing customer service from Ron!
I was having trouble sharing a PowToon I created seven years ago that I needed for a reflection assignment in a university course. I emailed the help desk and got a response within five minutes. I continued to have issues and emailed the help desk several time in one day. Every time, I would get a quick response with advice on what to try next. The issue was finally resolved and I was ecstatic! Thank you to Ron for all of his amazing help and customer service skills. Give him a raise!!

Speedy and amazing customer service from Ron!

My district utilizes Clever, on which there is a Powtoon link for my students. I listed Powtoon as an option for their final project, then realized during finals week that I needed to subscribe as their teacher to view them. So, I signed up for Powtoon for a year for $60 just to get through finals week.
