I wanted a refund for my subscriptionā¦
I wanted a refund for my subscription as I decided to cancel it 1 month after it renewed. Thought POWTOON's policy was to inform them less than 2 weeks after renewal to get a refund, they replied quickly and refunded me in a hassle free manner. I would definitely use POWTOON again in the future due to this great customer service.
