Absolutely recommended for product features and amazing customer support
Absolutely recommended for the reason for features offered by the tool and amazing customer support. All the templates, graphics and media content is super helpful and makes video creation an easy process. There are few features you would love to have but as product keeps evolving expect to see them in future. Their FAQs and guided tours are also sufficient to help you solve most of the issues on your own. For administration reasons you can always reach out to their team.

Accidentally deleted Powtoon save
Gisele found the Powtoon I accidentally deleted and restored it to my account. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you, Powtton, for keeping deleted Powtoons stored on your server to it is possible to retrieve them.

Deceitful practices and misleading support
Something is very shady with this company, I don't even believe the logos of the companies in their website are companies that use them (maybe someone tried it once years ago). Just like others here I was lured in through an advertisement on facebook, that then started appearing everywhere I was (even in my children's games!) after 6 weeks of constant badgering I decided to try and use the service for our Pet supply store, and after taking the time to learn the software and entering our ...
