What do you like best about Powtoon? Me respondieron rápido y me ayudaron a solucionar un problema que tenía. Aunque yo le hablé en español no tubo problemas de responderme, algunas otras compañías se hacen a los locos. Gracias Powtoon por ser así de ágiles.

Quick and capable response
Powtoons provided a very quick (within minutes) response to my submitted ticket and with a little back and forth via e-mail was able to understand and resolve my issue. Very professional and capable support!

"Super customer service!"
What do you like best about Powtoon? Anytime in the past three years that I have had an issue, the customer service has helped right away regardless of the time of day--this has been such a relief coming from New Zealand. As an educator, the storyblocks and moving props make presentations more engaging and our Gen Z students look forward to viewing them.

Cool product, excellent client support (staff and policy)
I first saw a cartoon made from this software and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is not too hard to make one myself with the templates available. What I was particularly impressed too was the customer service. Gisele and Franklin responded to my question very fast when I enquired about the promotion which came up two weeks after I subscribed. I was grateful to their company policy/management who provided the option to upgrade. Franklin enabled the settings behind the scenes after ...
