My e-mail at work had changed and I…
My e-mail at work had changed and I could not received the published Powtoon anymore, it was sent to the old e-mail that was inactivated. So I wrote an e-mail through the help line and within 24 hours I had received an answer with the steps to do to change the e-mail in my account. Thanks again Chantal

Loving Powtoon and growing with it.
I personally started using Powtoon when one of my clients wanted to have an affordable video made. And then I thought why not bundle the package of script writing, voiceover and animation and deliver it a service. Problem with blur and opacity function
I recently had problems with the blur and opacity function in a number of my Powtoons. Thanks to the competent Powtoon support staff, who were able to fix the issues, I managed to deliver my project on time. I appreciate your excellent customer service but would appreciate it even more, if this issue could be resolved asap, as these two functions are very useful.
