Useful Product; Fabulous Service
I've been an on and off user of Powtoon's free product for several years. This year, I decided to take advantage of their year end sale and finally purchase the Pro plan. Before doing so, I had several questions which I asked in several emails to support. Each one was answered promptly, politely and professionally. No question was too silly or too minor for them. Very glitchy
This program has many glitches (voiceovers cutting out, animations not showing up etc...) and often it will make it even harder to use if you don’t pay for a subscription. I wouldn’t recommend this program to anyone who plans on not buying a subscription or to finish your video within your trial.

Customer Service is excellent!
Customer Service excellent! Everytime I needed to contact the Customer Service Powtoon team, I've had an excellent experience. All employees are attentive, friendly and willing to solve the problem. I am immensely pleased with the service.

The response was quick, courteous, and helpful. Together we quickly identified that the problem had to do with an old software version at my end.
