Excellent support service
Powtoons offer their clients the rare combination of a fantastic product and excellent support service. I recently accidentally deleted one of the videos I was working on. I sent an e-mail to the Support Centre to find out if they could assist. My deleted video was restored. I was relieved and impressed at the same time. My expectations were exceeded, since I didn't expect them to respond and resolve my query on the same day. Thank you Powtoons support staff. You're the best.

Good service but a bit pricey
Good service but a bit pricey. I need the Pro plan but I can't afford the price. Since they offered 50% off the Pro+ plan, I can't understand why they don't offer 50% off the Pro plan.
