PowerSchool has streamlined many of our office tasks.

What do you like best? Ease of use. The multiple ways to access data. The visual aspect of the screens is very pleasing and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Some of the basic screens like the demographics and emergency screens are not current. Example: in an emergency situation, you would not be able to use one screen to find all the info you would need. We had to customize these pages just so we could have a place for cell phones...really? Who doesn't have a cell number. ...

Great SIS and dependable support

What do you like best? I like that the platform is consistent even when upgrades and new versions are introduced. No need for re-training of staff on the basics. Navigation is the same. You can focus training and energy on whats new without having to learn a new system. Support is knowledgeable and always polite. What do you dislike? Easy to use, powerpacked SIS

What do you like best? the data is easily imported/exported and the screens are ALL customizable. very easily. it is super easy to get any data, no matter how old. the security is easy as well. any screen can be limited to a specific group or individual. What do you dislike? a more -user friendly screen for teachers. it works well, just very minimal looking. for me, db admin, it is perfect. i wish there was a way to "impersonate" a staff member so I can diagnose issues. currently i ...

What do you like best? I like that we have the ability to customize ps to do what we want and need it to do through reports, adding standards, etc. What do you dislike? Sometimes the learning curve is really high! I am not a sequel user so I can't do all things that I want to be able to do. Recommendations to others considering the product Go for it! What do you like best? PowerSchool is rock solid reliable! We have been running it for about 10 years now and have never encountered an issue with the software that would cause our day-to-day operations to suffer. Our teachers, counselors, and administrators as well as our students and parents are very happy with with the PowerSchool Learning Management module. Users find navigation intuitive. Great Mobile Apps, Integration, and customizations

What do you like best? The PowerSchool Teacher, Student and Parent Mobile apps are modern and rich in features. This is an area we found sorely lacking in many other SIS solutions. Our parents LOVE IT! We are able to integrate almost any education system we come across. Meal Tracking, Online Enrollment, Online Payments, Special Education solutions, LMS and much more. What do you like best? The Student/Parent portal where a student's progress can be seen in real time has made report cards obsolete. We no longer print and distribute them, which saves a lot of time.
