What do you like best? PowerSchool has made State reporting much more efficient. We are able to upload all our data from this database. What do you like best? Consistent source of student data that can be integrated with our other necessary systems. What do you dislike? Integration with Unified Classroom could be more cohesive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PowerSchool SIS greatly reduces the instances of data errors and inconsistent records by having everything in one place.

Great Resource

What do you like best? I use this everyday while teaching. Not only does it have grades and attendance but compiles information about the students in an easy to use way. What do you dislike? I wish the different semesters did not show up until I was in the semester. What do you like best? The ability to manage data within the system to the level we feel is appropriate. What do you dislike? A quality school support system.

What do you like best? I like the ability to effectively manage our student population in one simple, easy to use database. What do you dislike? The process for downloading reports can be tedious at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Powerschool allows use to easily see information on a student without switching between multiple different screens and tabs.

Great SIS

What do you like best? Amazing features, great flexibility, and amazing customer service What do you dislike? PowerSchool Registration, having to constantly email the team for help is VERY annoying. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take your time and don't rush with PowerSchool. It takes time to master. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Student management, and information collecting in a timely manner.

Easy and comfortable to use

What do you like best? All of your buildings in your district are in one system and they transfer so easily from year to year. What do you dislike? Some things that you think should be included in the base are not. You have to purchase them separately. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of adding fields and linking (so to speak) to different pages so that everything is only entered once instead of multiple times.

Flexibility at its finest!

What do you like best? The best thing about PowerSchool it's inherent flexibility. Almost all pages are customizable, so if something doesn't work for you, you can change it to fit your needs. The built-in tools are often sufficient, but if something needs adjusting, you have the ability to write a little code and extend the product yourself! Even if you can't code, there's a strong community of folks who will share their extensions to the core product, and these are easy to implement. ...

What benefits have you realized? On line registration should not be at an additional cost to the school district. Benefit: Able to customize
