Good program; bad customer service

What do you like best? Powerschool has the capability to house any data we want. The PS team does a great job of communicating with the CDE to make sure our data is aligned when what is needed for CALPADS What do you dislike? Customer service has been really bad. Our district needs support in using Powerschool. TIckets I submit are not returned, or, if they are, they are returned weeks later. PS needs better customer service

What do you like best? I think Powerschool has the potential to be a great tool but is not utilized in our district to it's full potential due to lack of training and barely any customer service. What do you dislike? Lack of information and inability to change the program to meet our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None that I am aware of.

Major Disappointment with Unified Classroom and Performance Matters

What do you like best? The SIS is the most powerful part of PowerSchool. This has served us well for student information, grading, and report cards. We have used the system for quite sometimes and each advancement they have made in this area has been a welcome upgrade. What do you like best? PowerSchool is easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. I find it helpful to be able to sort students in a variety of ways, from last name to grade level. It’s ok, could be better.

What do you like best? It’s simple enough for attendance I can give it to a student to do. What do you dislike? The URL is really hard to get to and you can’t easily google “power teacher” to find your login. It’s also a little clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It takes many steps to get to where you want. Basically I just like the attendance feature but for other features it’s pretty outdated
