What do you like best? So far, I'm struggling to find things I like best. I hear that its reliable and provides all the functionality that we need as a school system. Good program; bad customer service

What do you like best? Powerschool has the capability to house any data we want. The PS team does a great job of communicating with the CDE to make sure our data is aligned when what is needed for CALPADS What do you dislike? Customer service has been really bad. PS needs better customer service

What do you like best? I think Powerschool has the potential to be a great tool but is not utilized in our district to it's full potential due to lack of training and barely any customer service. What do you dislike? Lack of information and inability to change the program to meet our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None that I am aware of.

Major Disappointment with Unified Classroom and Performance Matters

What do you like best? The SIS is the most powerful part of PowerSchool. This has served us well for student information, grading, and report cards. We have used the system for quite sometimes and each advancement they have made in this area has been a welcome upgrade. What do you like best? PowerSchool is worldwide company with many resources. What do you dislike? Ever since they acquired themselves, they put more effort in to obtaining preferred partners and vendors then updating their own software. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look at the overall cost. Small School

What do you like best? The options are limitless...You can do about anything you want with it...if you have the time. What do you dislike? It is a mile wide and a mile deep...I just don't have the time to utilize all of it as I am the sole admin at my school for PS. What problems are you solving with the product? New user, just learning the system.

What do you like best? Being able to create both state and custom reports, look up individual student information quickly and easily. What do you dislike?
