DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM
DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM. THEY ARE LIARSWe were offered and agreed a package in line with offers they had on. They then revoked/denied this on this without explanation, lied about calls and ignored my communications. Untrustworthy charlatans. Didn't have have the decency to even call me or apologise. Clear Breach of contract yet they blame their customers.

AWFUL
AWFULFull of bugs and errors, customer service absolutely useless. I am looking for something more reliable - as a business owner something quick and easy is needed, invoices, quotes and projects that go missing or don’t save means possible loss of profits and time wasted.** Your chat facility’s does not work either so that’s not possible - another example of how useless it is **

Subscription issues
I had an issue with subscriptions. Dawn got in touch with me pretty quickly and got it sorted the same day. PoweredNow have great customer service when you do get to speak to someone.

Amazing service very fast and efficient…
Amazing service very fast and efficient invoicing system. It sends quotes within seconds and I get notifications when clients open and accept quotes. Converts to invoices instantly. Really happy with their service and can also add member of my team to use.

Ticks all the boxes for a trades company,
I have been using PN for more than 12 months and frankly it ticks all the boxes required for my business from quoting, invoicing, appointment confirmations etc... Technical support are very responsive and generally if I have an issue the team jump on the tickets very quickly.Would highly recommend to all sole traders, limited companies in the trades business.

Used them for over 4 years now .....
Used them for over 4 years now / Great service / Great prices.Really user friendly software and has a copy and paste function which is ideal when invoicing the same clients.10/10 for customer service - Powered now have always responded to my issues, if not straight away its within the same day on technical issues. Ive had a few issues myself which turned out to by my own error, however they were still more than happy to go through it with me.I wouldn't use any another software for my ...

Dawn from powerdnow has been amazing
Dawn from powerdnow has been amazing, I’ve updated my card reader to SumUp and it’s been so easy now to deal with invoice payments now. Anybody in the trade not using powerdnow I highly recommend it and a training session to get the most out of using it. 5🤩
