Though your Telehealth has been a great help for health professionals and the patients, unfortunately lately there have been issues of difficulty in accessing Telehealth via PowerDiary experienced by some patients. Despite their efforts to update their apps on their mobile phones, this difficulty remains. Please make Telehealth more user-friendly and easily accessible, as some patients are not technological savvy. Many thanks.

What a LIFE SAVER!! Power Diary has given me back so much time. I am blown away by just how convenient and well-integrated this system is. The interface and usability of Power Diary is fantastic. The fact that this was designed by Health Professionals for Health Professionals is plain to see and makes my working life so well organised and manageable. I am ver happy with Power Diary I have found the team prompt and reliable, and very human in their response to my Covid19 situation. Power Diary keeps my practice data in one space. Since using their sms reminder service my no shows are almost zero.

Generally it's really good.

Generally it's really good. On some occasions, powerdiary is slow and has some glitches which can be annoying on a busy day but for the most part it works well. Having the online forms function with automatic filling in of templates would be fantastic. Having share screen available and group chats on your video calls would also be great. Having a security option for a front desk person to simply "arrive" the patient only and not also be able to make other changes to appts would be handy ...
