You could not find a better Practice Management System

I have been using Power diary for a little over 5 years now and it has never skipped a beat. I believe the success of Powerdiary is in its simplicity of use. What I am also loving recently is the functional updates that simply make the platform even more user friendly and efficient to use on a day to day basis. I use Powerdiary for to schedule clients as well as my personal life.

I’ve been using PowerDiary as a sole trader. My experience has been very positive and I find the software intuitive and easy to navigate. I’ve recently incorporated and although I am still the only practitioner, I can already see the features I will need in the future are available. It was also very easy to change the account details saving me the hassle of having to set up a new account.

Great system for practice management... and I've tried 'em all

I've been using Power Diary for close to 5 years and it's a great system. I signed up to and compared a bunch of different cloud-based practice management systems before settling on Power Diary. I can honestly say that Power Diary was the best -- usability is terrific and it does everything you need it to.

I have been using power diary for a few years and I really like the way it has developed.

Couldn’t run our practice without PD!

When I decided to expand my practice, I experimented with a few different programs but Power Diary was the most intuitive and user friendly. Designed by a psychologist, it’s perfect for psychologists! The team have always been helpful if I have a query or wanted to learn how to set up a feature (eg setting up templates) and being able to sync it with Xero makes bookkeeping easy. Reminder texts/emails have increased our attendance rate, and processing rebates is easy. Absolutely love Power Diary!

Fantastic PMS

Fantastic PMS. Easy to use and provides great financial reports. I love how it is integrated with Physitrack, Medicare, DVA and Stripe. Best decision I made to switch to Powerdiary.
