Power Diary is intuitive

Power Diary is intuitive and has so many features that make organising my work so much better. I love being able to have letter/email/reminder templates at my finger-tips, and the staff are very helpful when I have a query.

Easy to use, Value for money and great customer support....

After researching and using several Practice Management platforms for an Allied Health practice, Power Diary rose to the top for ease of use, value for money and customer support. When dealing with Power Diary it feels like you are dealing with business that is still intimately connected to their customer base and certainly not a "start up" on a growth at all cost mission. Support has declined

I dont like not having phone support. I’m not happy that my claims are not processing - again. And, lately I don't feel like I'm getting value for money. Im thinking about trying a different program.

I have used Powerdiary for many years now and it is an integral part of my business. As a sole practitioner it assists me greatly in managing all aspects of my business administration and patient records. The Powerdiary team are constantly working to build in new and improved updates to this amazing program and any concerns or questions are responded to almost instantly. The time and level of stress it saves me make it the most valuable commodity in the running of my busy psychology practice.
