EXCELLENT PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

I have loved using Powerdiary for nearly 6 years. I have found it super easy to use with so many great features to help run my Massage and Pilates business smoothly. I have also used another very expensive management software that had so many glitches and there was no customer service team to help. Our clinicians find it easy and intuitive to learn. Our administrative team find it powerful and adaptive. Generally it's really good. On some occasions, powerdiary is slow and has some glitches which can be annoying on a busy day but for the most part it works well. Having the online forms function with automatic filling in of templates would be fantastic. Having share screen available and group chats on your video calls would also be great. Having a security option for a front desk person to simply "arrive" the patient only and not also be able to make other changes to appts would be handy ...

Power Diary makes running a solo practice so much easier! Automated reminders, clinical notes, invoicing and online bookings all in one place makes it a practitioner’s dream. The introduction of an integrated Telehealth platform makes it even more effective. And the customer service it took notch and their response to feedback is amazing!

Power Diary is intuitive

Power Diary is intuitive and has so many features that make organising my work so much better. I love being able to have letter/email/reminder templates at my finger-tips, and the staff are very helpful when I have a query.
