I really value how frequently they make meaningful and value added changes in response to the changing needs of their customers, without the need for extensive rebooting or reinstalling from consumer. Power Diary is a great diary management system especially for using telehealth. it is stable and user friendly.

Power Diary was better than any other software that I had tried in the past

Before deciding on Power Diary I had tried many different systems and they just didn't give me everything I needed. My clients can book online, chose to pay before appointment with the Stripe facility, and Telehealth. The system automatically sends reminders to all my clients the day before with their Telehealth link. I can send birthday messages and bulk messages. And it even does all my accounts. I can email all my invoices easily. Easy to look up unpaid accounts and see future bookings ...

A versatile addition to our clinic softwares

We have been using power diary for more than a year now and it’s been a life saving system at the clinic. We need not think too much into automating our scheduling because PD does it all seamlessly for us. It’s interface is also flexible so we are able to design it to suit our office needs.

Powerdiary has changed my life!

I started using Power Diary to streamline my practice management and boy has it done that and more! To be able to access client files, complete notes, billing and upload files all with a click of a button has reduced my admin by hours. I love the automatic text message reminders so my clients know when their appointments are. This program is so easy to use and I would recommend to anyone.

I am a psychologist and have been using Power Diary for 6+ years and have found it easy to use and have particularly liked how the program has continued to develop with new features being added regularly. As a sole practitioner with no admin support I really value all of the automation in the program that reduces my admin time.
