What do you like best about Power Diary? The help line is very quick and you know the person at the other end understands your concerns. This is so good, As a beginner, I had many questions, and was able to set up easily using the help line. What do you like best about Power Diary? I use powerdiary to manage my massage practice and my husband's naturopathy practice. It's a comprehensive booking system for me, an online booking system for my clients. You can SMS and email communications and promotions. Power Diary has made my business more efficient. When you know your way around it, you can do so many things to make life easier as a practitioner. Great for appointments, letters, emails, telehealth, financials, Medicare and even Mailchimp. Integrates with many other systems that allied health use in practice daily.

Power Diary is fantastic!

Power Diary has totally streamlined my record keeping and administration, giving me more time to see more clients. It does just about everything except the washing up! The best bit is if I can't figure out how to do something or have a problem, a quick email to the Power Diary Team and they get back to me within a day with a really friendly, supportive and helpful solution, every time.

Great customer service and always so helpful. Since I have started using Powerdiary my practice runs so much smoother, far less no shows with email and text reminders. Also a much easier way to keep track of unpaid invoices.

Exceptional customer service; friendly, responsive, prompt. The platform itself continues to evolve in a good way. I now use PD exclusively for making appointments, keeping case notes and text messaging clients.
