very helpful website for business! Auto-messages are useful and convenient; clear and simple menu list, has capacity to store numerous of clients information, downloading and uploading speeds can't be any better. Yet, the platform still have more space for renovation, such as excluding fee for sending message, or set up a tool of reminder for user to contact clients at a particular time when needed

Effective and useful scheduling and record keeping mechanism for my business. I don't use it's full capacity because my business operates slightly differently. But it's still the only platform I've found that does it all for me.

Power Diary ticks most boxes but...

Power Diary ticks most boxes especially for those that do not particularly like to get too invested in technology. It is simple to use and simple to setup. The two major criticisms I have is that there is no mobile friendly app (come on guys its 2020) and I cannot setup reoccurring payments/I need to manually process payments. Other than that it is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Rubbish software

Rubbish software Incredibly frustrating to use. Creating emails and forms to send to clients is incredibly difficult and not intuitive at all. So many sub categories forms/templates/notes none of which can be interchanged ect. Honestly save the frustration and use a decent software.

Power Diary has been a life changer for me as a psychologist doing my own admin, reception, etc! The automatic SMS reminders asking for confirmation of appointments has cut down admin time. The ability to enter different locations is very helpful, being able to enter 'school', 'home visit', 'park', 'Zoom', etc. I really like the rostering component and the ability to override easily if necessary. It's a very functional program and so much so it creates high expectations on the part of users, which perhaps is unrealistic from a programming point of view. I love the online forms and the easy layout. When setting up new clients remotely it has been so easy to send them the online consent forms etc. There’s no printing or scanning required for the client which I love.

What do you like best about Power Diary? I love how very simple this system is to use and i love it for how it makes my life easy. Business back when I was using paper and phone was hectic. back and forth with calls and finding enough space for all of my filing cabinets was crazy. when i fist set up, the power dairy team were great, as they loaded all of my files and my procducts for me. so simple to get going What do you dislike about Power Diary? wish it has features like word doc, bold, ...
