I find Power diary is in general very good…

I find Power diary is in general very good,there is room for improvements as my wifes work involves,invoiceing medicare, and reconsilation of payments is a chore.Payment notiications are received via Toolbox /medicare it would be great if they could be linked by invoice number with the client

I have been using Powerdiary for my Remedial Massage Business

I have been using Powerdiary for my Remedial Massage business for over a year now. I find Powerdiary to be extremely user-friendly and the online booking system for my clients remains nice and simple which makes my online booking service 90% of my bookings, removing the need to return phone calls, which can be quite lengthy and time-consuming. Good platform with easy to use diary

Good platform with easy to use diary, setup and financial planning. Can get as much or as little as you like from it as required. Quite a jump in price from 3-4 calendar users though per month

I have been using Power Diary now for…

I have been using Power Diary now for about 5 years and it saves me a lot og time and fuss. There is still one or two things that I would like to change or improve. I just haven't got around to contacting the company yet. That is one aspect I do like is that they have good customer service and if you have a change idea then they listen to you and consider whether or not it could be incorporated into the program for everyone's benefit.

Power Diary is new to our practise

Power Diary is new to our practise. The features I love are the SMS functionality (although a bit expensive). PD is very easy to use however as this productive is relative new to our practise there are things I have not had time to work out yet and I would love use eg the Client Portal & the Sessions Packs. The Waitlist is great however to have the functionality to sort and print this list would be helpful when we have 50 plus clients on it. Not sure I am a fan of having to export to Xero ...

Power Diary has many great features. The support, both online and in talking to a real person are also great. Sometimes there can be glitches but PowerDiary takes feedback quickly and makes improvements.

We have found Power Diary exceptional in looking after us in our Psychology business. They have looked after us when not understanding some technical things with prompt calling back and setting up could not be easy with them patiently running through things with us.

Overall a very good product...a couple of steps away from Excellence

Overall a very very good product, simple and easy user interface. No nasty surprises when it comes to billing, and generally intuitive all round. The option to now book in calls to customer support is great (previously was online only which wasn't my preference), and the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because it lacks some basic features in notes section (e.g. formatting), and it needs more customisability when it comes to session packs/third-party funding tracking (which I have ...

very helpful website for business! Auto-messages are useful and convenient; clear and simple menu list, has capacity to store numerous of clients information, downloading and uploading speeds can't be any better. Yet, the platform still have more space for renovation, such as excluding fee for sending message, or set up a tool of reminder for user to contact clients at a particular time when needed
