So much faster for invoices!!

I've been really happy with PowerDiary - it's super easy to send quick invoices out regularly, and I love the bulk payment function which I have only just discovered. Would love to figure out how to send bulk invoices too - I imagine it has so much more to offer than I have managed to figure out myself, but it's definitely far easier than creating invoices the way I used to. I would recommend it to any sole trader!

I like power diary

I like power diary, I use it for Psychiatrist Office, and power diary is very direct on the way to do the notes, and commuincations, it is also good for billing. I did notice though that my patients have a hard time reading the statements when I send them to them. I usually get calls asking what they owe because they are reading what was charged and thinking that is what is owed. but other then that it is really easy to navigate around the power diary system.

Power Diary is user friendly and economical. It makes our lives easier to search patients, update the insurance companies and maintaining the treatment records. We are really grateful for the Power diary. I personally feel that its best diary management I have ever seen. It sends out the reminder to our patients and alerts us of patients status. I definitely recommend this every Practice

Great Management Software

User-friendly, easy billing and client list management. Integrates well with a lot of other add-on softwares. Still room for a little improvement with mobile versions as it can be a bit fiddly. Lag + downtown experienced time to time. In terms of User accessibility options, as the business owner, the accessibility functions needs to be broken down to finer options. An instant messaging feature across users would also be very good. SMS feature can get very expensive. Would be nice to see ...

I changed to Power Diary as I had become dissatisfied with the major diary that I had been using for many years. Power diary is easy to use and does everything i want. The layout and clickthroughs are really handy and most of all, the Help Desk is helpful!

I use Powerdiary across two separate businesses. I loved it so much with the first that when I set up the second I just knew I had to use Powerdiary as my diary manager. It saves me so much administration time and is so much more than a diary. The forms, correspondence templates, email and SMS features have all been so incredibly helpful in my business.
