User Friendly for Sure

I have found Power diary to one of the most user friendly Practice Management Systems I have ever used. I have worked as a receptionist in various types of practices and this is the best. Highly recommend.

This is the most astonishing of applications. It effectively runs our whole business, and our accountant loves it too! It is so intuitive that everyone who uses it is self-taught. I only had to write a few notes to keep everyone on the right track. We would like to see some enhancements - gift card processing, and, loyalty program processing - which we currently run manually!

Power Diary review

I recently took over maangement of Power Diary as a booking system for our contractors. With no prior knowledge or experience I have found it to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. That said, there were a few tricky bits I was unsure how to navigate. The support staff, via Chat & a booked video call, could not have been more friendly and helpful and both issues were resolved in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Power Diary as a business managment system. Thanks everyone!

Good but new features would be helpful

Powerdiary is good but there are features that are lacking and/or without consultation got removed (e.g. printing correspondence). the "voting" system is good in theory to identify new features, but it would be more helpful if they perhaps did a survey a couple times a year as people aren't contacting Powerdiary to "vote". For example, NDIS is a major change in the architecture of allied health Australia, but there is no simple method of tracking service agreements.

Revolutionised running my clinic. Great having online diary that I can even access from home. Clients able to book and pay up front online. Able to email clients receipts in seconds. Option for clients to have reminder emailed and texted 24 hour prior to appointment therefore reduces non-attendance.
