Very affordable platform for a sole proprietor RMT
I decided on Power Diary because I am a sole practitioner and PD had the best rate. I found the platform easy enough to navigate without using any of the guides. When I did have questions, I was very impressed with how fast the customer service rep came to my aid. The platform itself offers almost everything I need from a booking, billing, communication, marketing to a pretty fabulous medical filing system. One of my fav things, I can access it from all my devices, and even if I leave the ...

"Simple to use and has everything I need"
What do you like best about Power Diary? I love that Powerdiary is intuitive to use so I can find what I need quickly. I've previously used other client management systems that were clunky and confusing. The ability to customise forms, notes and templates has improved my workflow and freed up my time. Plus having a client portal to take client bookings online, and an inbuilt platform for telehealth consults means I have pretty much everything I need in one system. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about Power Diary? I like the diary format and how you can create templates and forms personalised to your business needs. It is nice to have a clients information all in one place! What do you dislike about Power Diary? Not really a dislike. But I would like to see a client portal where they can log symptoms etc. In-between visits. Recommendations to others considering Power Diary: Give it a go, it takes a little while to get used to, but is definitely worth it. What ...

"Does what is says on the tin!"
What do you like best about Power Diary? I love the whole diary/booking system, especially synced with my Google calendar and Xero. Also, the easiness of creating forms and sending standardized emails. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I do not particularly dislike the function of keeping notes on the system, but I do not use this as I like handwritten notes as this is easier to take to supervision. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? The auto-reminders ...
