Simple and Elegant

I opted for Power Diary when I started my new health care business. After reviewing many options, nothing compared to Power Diary for ease of use, integrated payments, Medicare billing automatic remiders and patient record keeping. On top of that, everything can be accessed with any device with a screen! Data transfer was as smooth as silk and I was up and running within hours. I would definately recommend PD to anyone looking to run a small to medium business.

We've been using Powerdiary for about 2 years now and I cannot speak highly enough about it, it's intuitive and fast. Recommendations we make are catalogued and if there's enough demand changes are made. Occasionally there are hiccups and they are fixed anywhere from within a few minutes to at most half an hour. User friendly and intuitive system

User friendly and intuitive system. Makes running a small practice so much easier with the automatic feautures (reminder emails, messages), and the reporting systems help keep track of things. Highly recommend for small business

Great potential to make Power Diary ours

The more we use it, the more we see it's potential. We're new users but the tech support has been fabulous and any queries have been answered promptly. Our staff like it as they can check in from anywhere to see late cancellations but can also load reports wherever they prefer to work. We're still tweaking it to individualise it for ourselves - and while it is a strong platform as is, we've enjoyed making it work for us. Great product and so easy to navigate!

I looked at various software to help me manage my business but I couldn't find one that was within my price range and would translate well with my business. I have a healing and coaching business and wanted something that was easy to navigate but didn't cost a lot since my business is small and growing. Power diary has been great so far

Power diary has been great so far. It’s completely user friendly and integrates seamlessly with my eftpos and health fund facilities. The pricing plan is reasonable and there is great 24 hour support. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice management software to other health professionals.

Power diary has eased client management

So far power diary has made it easier for client management, storing notes safely. Access to templates / forms has been beneficial as well. Customer support is also prompt, professional and friendly. Further to this, with continued customer support from power diary personnel, I have been able to navigate challenges with client management and accessing client details. I am very happy with this platform and highly recommend power diary.

Power Diary is so user friendly

Power Diary is so user friendly. I don't use all of the features at the moment - but the Power Diary Team are always sending through tips and tutorials to help you access different aspects of the platform. Thanks Power Diary for a great experience so far.

Power diary is fab!

Power diary is a great system. It allows you to make your own templates, use images which is a great reference for me! It also allows me to have different templates be it a new clients or a follow up session. I love that it sends my clients reminders too. There is a lot more to this system that I have yet to discover! Very easy to navigate and the best system I have found in the last 10 years of looking!
