I signed up when my practice started to grow. It's helped streamlined a lot of my admin procedures eg client communications, forms and reminders. I like that I can access it on my phone easily if I'm away from office. I think it's worth the dollars saved in time. Telehealth option is also quite easy and effective but basic features in comparison to other paid programs. Absolutely fantastic software

Absolutely fantastic software - has everything I require and my life is much easier when running my business.

Intuitive

Intuitive - Moved from another system to PD, and I find PD so much more intuitive and user friendly. Sorting issues, and finding answers is a google search using PD name in the search field. There were some glitches when changing over, and this was resolved over a couple of emails. Only downside is no quick phone chats when you need an answer, it is email based communications but most times there is a quick response within 10mins sometimes next day. But all issues resolved. Happy I've switched.

Power Diary is a Game Changer!

Organised and Easy

"Power diary" is very easy to use, maintain and extract reports you need for your analysis and calculations. I always have a history of patient's improvements, their activity and all financial reports periodically and by product or service. I recommend Power Diary.

Great support

I had a few issues when transferring my files (mainly on my end!) and had amazing support throughout the process with both phone calls and emails. I was kept in the loop the entire time and issues were fixed really quickly. The transfer took barely any time, despite having quite a few files. Overall very happy! And a big shout out to Meryl who has been fantastic through the process - you're in good hands here.
