What do you like best about Power Diary? I love the way it stores the client information; invoicing, notes and files. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I would love to have an expenses area so that I do not have to employ another platform to enter the expenses as well as then double entry of the income. "Great System, Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Power Diary? It's an intuitive system and easy to use. What do you dislike about Power Diary? There are a few limitations, such as being able to send a bulk text to a group of clients letting them know about a free appointment, but being able to include automatically the available appt time, This is not currently available. "Highly Recommended for private practice or mental health organisation"
What do you like best about Power Diary? It is intuitive and the visual layout. I would highly recommend this diary management system to organisations of up to 100 people or just a private practice. The team at Power Diary have also been responsive when we've needed additional requirements and met them where they could. What do you dislike about Power Diary? All the staff are amazing
All the staff are amazing - service response time from the help desk team is immediate. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I get my questions answered on the spot and the staff are always willing to check if they're not sure about a problem.Meryl from the Customer Success team is a legend.

The recent tech support by May was…
The recent tech support by May was excellent. In a relatively short time we ran through the basics and built enough knowledge for me to gain confidence going forwards. I feel relatively tech savvy, however, translating my knowledge into a business platform like this was tough. The extra finesse to now know more in the support is greatly valued.

Power Diary is a very easy program to…
Power Diary is a very easy program to use. It has a wonderful support team and a great "Help" area. Whenever we have had an issue the PD team were onto it straight away and resolved any issues as quickly as they possibly could. Over the years I have suggested things that might be helpful or useful and the team has always taken the suggestions on board and even implemented some.

Fantastic management system
Power Diary has been easy to use and allows for seamless management of client appointments, as well as communication (telehealth, emails, letters, appointment reminders). It has assisted in our practice being able to move to paperless management.

For a solo private practise Power diary…
For a solo private practise Power diary does everything I need it too. I'm just about to expand my practise and I believe power diary will take me to where I want to go.

Affordable for a one person…
Affordable for a one person self-employed physio great integrations with exercise programmes. The client portal is outstanding good to use and my clients love it! Would recommend definitely.
