I began using PowerDiary about 5 months ago. I've used 4 EMR systems and PowerDiary is not only the most affordable, but it offers a lot of services that the more expensive EMRs don't unless you pay extra fees. PowerDiary includes a client portal so clients can schedule appointments online, access their invoices, and pay online. Power Diary is one of the best platforms available to assist with running a business. It really is the complete system and easy to use. The features that are included allow you to do everything you need to provide service to clients. I particularly love the auto fill feature of the client form when a client sends it back via the welcome email I have sent out. Such a easy and efficient system that saves me a lot of work. I find the support team very prompt and helpful. I have 2 recommendations for powerdiary 1. when a client submits a powerdiary form, they automatically receive a copy for their own records 2. on the forms, there should be an option for clients to upload any files to the form

Power Diary is a good program

Power Diary is a good program, however still place for a few improvements, like the divider line between the days in the diary to be more strongly seen. ( requested multiple times). It would be good if we could contact the service by phone, many time is just via email and wait, when the help is needed at that moment.

Slowly implementing the feature rich system.

We started slowly with implementing this product into our business from day 1. It is definitely worth the subscription. It has so many options and It is very intuitive - that cannot be said of other systems I have used. The best feature is it keeps track of MCHP sessions for calendar year when a referral is split across years. Very important to our business. Great for small businesses

Powerdiary has been great for my business. I work as a sole practitioner and I find the system useful for booking appointments, sending reminders, storing case notes, invoicing and keeping my administration automated. I have worked with a Powerdiary partner to help me learn how to get the best out of the system and I follow the social media pages to hear of others' experiences and tips.

Very user friendly - add learning/education specialists to your list of users!

I currently work as an administrator for a dietician who uses powerdiary and who was previously doing all of her admin work herself She's been able to increase her face to face time with her clients, and I have been able to do the work remotely because the program is so user-friendly. I have found the navigation to be predictable and in less than five months of doing this work, I'm now able to regularly upload all required documents for new clients and set up their referrals, medicare ...
