Power diary is user friendly

Power diary is user friendly, provides a really good diary management tool and allows the use of electronic note taking. The templates are easily to manipulate and adjust to meet the needs of the service and there are loads of templates that come with the software too. There are loads of really great features and the system is easy to use.

What do you like best about Power Diary? I love the clinical notes feature and how easily I can upload supporting documents to every case. I love that it can send digital forms and has a patient portal. What do you dislike about Power Diary? Power Diary doesn't integrate with the medical aid EDI submission in our country (yet) so I don't use the invoicing features at this time. Sometimes there is a lag in the page load time but that could be my connection. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Power Diary? Invoicing is very fast and efficient, there is an auditible trail of notes, appointment scheduling that links with Google Calendar, interface with Xero for accounting. What do you dislike about Power Diary? It would be good to have an auto search for post codes to save me having to look them up. Also the ability to attach files to emails. Power Diary has made my physio admin enjoyable!!

Starting my own physiotherapy clinic this year was quite daunting however Power Diary gave me a lot of confidence in the early start up process . The tutorials were fantastic and the online support has been amazing. I have found you learn a lot as you go as different issues pop up but there are great articles to help. What do you like best about Power Diary? I love how intuitive Powerdiary is. The interface is intuitive and you can really tell it's designed with health professionals in mind.
