I use PD regularly to record case…

I use PD regularly to record case notes, upload client files and email treatment plans. I find it very intuitive and user friendly. Sometimes I am confused why I can see a communication history on one client's profile, but not another profile. e.g. the actual tab is not available to click on. This feature is useful when available as I can see my email history with clients, or if reception has also been in touch so we are all on the same page.

Overall very happy with Power Diary

I’ve have generally been very happy with Power Diary & have been using it as a Clinical Psychologist for 10 yrs. I used to use My Practice which I also loved because it had more bells and whistles-so more functionality which really appealed to me. So I found Power Diary simpler and more streamlined when I moved to it. I like the simple layout and format & the quick access to the client’s file via appointments or the panel on the right hand side. Help section is clearly written and ...

"Efficient, easy to use system with great customer support"

What do you like best about Power Diary? It is a very user friendly system and there are many tutorials and self-help items to figure out how to set it up. The support from the powerdiary team via chat/email is fantastic and very responsive. I've been able to resolve most of my issues with help from the team within the hour. I tried out this site because I want to…

I tried out this site because I want to be able to accept intake forms on a hipaa compliant platform or at least with great security, but although I'm fairly tech savvy I found the creation process cumbersome and confusing. So I'm still looking for a good site to do this that is cost effective.

What do you like best about Power Diary? Once you've set everything up, it's quite easy to use and saves a lot of time otherwise writing the same types of emails over and over, etc. What do you dislike about Power Diary? Setting everything up initially wasn't that easy; certain aspects were not that intuitive. I ended up booking a help session with one of the staff which was at least free, and helped me to understand it all a bit better, but I did think it would be easier to set up to begin ...
