"Practice software that makes life easier"

What do you like best about Power Diary? The automation is great. Being able to develop communication templates that are sent to clients automatically has more than halved my admin time. I love it!! What do you dislike about Power Diary? I would love if the clients could go in & populate their own data in the client portal. At the moment I send intake forms but then have to transfer the data myself. For example, I prefer the client portal in Halaxy as this allows clients to enter their own ...

Organization is helpful, invoicing is awesome, super easy. Love the online forms and automatic import to file - one less thing I have to do! I love how files and info is stored and how my calendar looks. Only real constructive feedback I have is to please bring in bold and underlined text in notes and the ability to do dot points! Other than that it’s brilliant

"User friendly with everything a psychology practice needs"

What do you like best about Power Diary? Powerdiary (PD) is a user friendly system which has everything you need to run a psychology practice. Reception staff find it simple. You can access it from multiple devices (as many as like) as you pay for the calendar not device. Having built in telehealth video features is amazing. Love the fact you can process medicare for free via PD. I could go on.... What do you dislike about Power Diary? The only downside is the lack of integration to Reckon ...

What do you like best about Power Diary? I find Power Diary has all the features I need to run a busy, multi-modality practice. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I would like it if Power DIary prompted me to 'save' after adding new information on any page, before moving off the page. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Power Diary has an awesome support team. If I ever have a problem, they are always there to help!

Power Diary is a very valuable asset to my business. It was easy to set up and saves me a lot of time managing my bookings and invoicing. The calendar is simple and it is so easy to connect to Xero.
