"Easy to use for psychologist"
What do you like best about Power Diary? Diary, client details, SMS and billing (Medicare and invoices) are easy to use. Letters to referrers and other organisations is clear and easy to use. I used other platforms but I find this easiest. What do you dislike about Power Diary? It takes some time to set it up and understand but I feel comfortable to use it now. We love power diary
We love power diary, it has reduced no-shows. Made invoicing, reporting and management of the administration tasks so much easier. I wish I had found it for our practice from the get go!!!

Highly recommend
Power Diary has been easy to use and has all the features I need to run my private practice. The support team have been wonderfully helpful from set up to problem solving. I was even able to link my website to the client portal with ease so my clients can manage their existing appointments online. This feature, among other really helpful features, significantly reduces my administration time, particularly when new clients book.

I had a major issue with Power Diary going off my screen
I had a crash, asked for help with Power Diary. This problem was fixed in a short time frame. The crash was only with Power Diary. I really panicked as I thought the problem lay with my Laptop.

Easy booking system for clients
Easy for clients to book their own appointments online or I can make the booking. Reminders are sent to ensure attendance. Easy templates to referring agents.
