Over many years I have used several systems in work places that involve keeping records of appointments with families with children with disabilities. Powerdiary is by far the simplest system I have used. In addition to recording information I can also schedule appointments and send reminders. Fabulous!

I love Power Diary and how easy it is to use!

I love Power Diary and how easy it is to use. There's plenty of helpful tools that make admin less painful and less time consuming. The tutorials are really helpful too, as are the search engines when you need to ask a question. One improvement would be a Power Diary app. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Buggy and lacking in client confidentiality features within a practice

I've only been using the system for a couple of weeks but seem to find a bug at least once a day. I moved from WriteUpp because our practice is expanding and we're taking on placement students. Turns out that you can let a student see their diary, but if you want them to be able to write notes for their clients, you need to give them access to your full client database! Nuts! Powerdiary is a FANTASTIC practice management software, I was able to transition from Halaxy with ease with the help from their great staff members and it is much easier to use. They are also very quick to respond when you need help.
