Do not recommend - poor ethos when issues arise

Although initially I thought the design was great, and that they were good at helping me as a customer become familiar with the platform. I feel powerdiary is more about getting customers to rely on the familiarity of the platform. In my opinion, a company will always show its quality when issues arise and they will address these with ease. I love this software

I love this software. The only 2 niggle s is that it doesn’t have an app, or I am unable to intergrate my Apple Icalender with my online power diary, therefore feel I’m chasing my tail a bit. I am sure this is due to the fact it makes the online experience unsafe to store personal info, in which case that is a better option .

What do you like best about Power Diary? Ease of use of integrated aspects to diary, client and clinical records, secure telehealth, etc, and excellent support getting it all working well. Also ready-made templates What do you dislike about Power Diary? I'd love the option to have the video-conferencing view to enlarge to full screen even though it's fine as is. The call center was not able to resolve…

The call center was not able to resolve my issue. What I really disliked about the incident is that they never once came back to me regarding progress, I had to chase the issue. After 10 days they seemed to be uncertain about the issue. Now after 13 days I am still no closer to a solution with no feedback. It seems that they hope I will go away. "Overall a great, easy to use system."

What do you like best about Power Diary? The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. What do you dislike about Power Diary? "A fantastic tool that gives all the functionality needed to run a private practice."

What do you like best about Power Diary? The integration of diary features with notes, backed up with invoicing and linking with medicare. Features such as being able to attach documents also help.
