What do you like best about Power Diary? I love that it's taylored to mental health practitioners, a lot of the other platforms are orientated towards medical services in general which makes putting in templates difficult. What do you like best about Power Diary? I like the combination of diary management for multiple clinicians, invoicing and payments through Stripe, and Medicare rebates. What do you dislike about Power Diary? The are some features that I wish were available but I believe powerdiary is continually innovating. What do you like best about Power Diary? Ability to communicate with clients, inlcuding reminders. Medicare capabilities. Links to Xero. What do you dislike about Power Diary? Online booking is great. The booking categories should be able to be seperated eg. group bookings/ individual booking. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Power Diary works really well and is reliable. I found it challenging initially to get my head around how to set up some features but that may be a user issue!
