What do you like best about Power Diary? It streamlines my whole practice. From booking sessions, invoicing, sending online forms to clients and note taking. It makes everything look very professional compared with my competitors. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I would like a beauty filter on the telehealth feature. What do you like best about Power Diary? Management software is superior to anything I've used. Super simple, so many features offered. Massive amount of help for at issue. What do you dislike about Power Diary? Not much !! So far everything works well - if I have any problems I google them and the power diary solution comes up What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? Practice management. What do you like best about Power Diary? love the ability to add files to each session note Colour coding is great for my brain to help organise What do you dislike about Power Diary? When taking photos and uploading directly to session notes (via browse files - take photo) it uploads with the title image and can only upload one that way as if you try to do another it will have the same name which is not allowed and hence wont upload.. if there was some way to take multiple photos to upload ...

"Easy orientation, great customer support, great for mental health practices."

What do you like best about Power Diary? I love that it's taylored to mental health practitioners, a lot of the other platforms are orientated towards medical services in general which makes putting in templates difficult. Australian based servers give me the assurance that I'm not breaching my clients privacy unknowingly. Easy to navigate for practitioners and clients. Connections to xero, stripe, gmail calender. What do you like best about Power Diary? It is efficient and easy to use. If I have been unsurse of how to do something there is always someone there to help and the tutorial videos are helpful. Good value for money. What do you dislike about Power Diary? I use power diary with Xero whereas when I previously had TM3 everything was all included and it was very easy to manage and keep my expenditure and income up to date. I do get frustrated with Xero and I find it harder to keep up to date ...
