Great Customer Service

What stands out to me with PowerDiary is the efficient customer service. Every time I have had a question or an issue that couldn’t be solved or answered with the FAQ, I would reach out on the chat and get answers promptly. I also really like the interface for the charting and invoicing which makes work so much easier.

Easy to navigate, quick to help

I find I can easily navigate Power Diary and there is always online support in the background if I can't. It offers a comprehensive system for patient booking, account management and client and staff organisation. I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a comprehensive system. It will save you time and effort at the click of a mouse and free up time for the things you love, whilst managing what you hate!

I have been a user of Power Diary since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled.
