I couldn’t run my psychology practice without power diary. I looked at many systems however power diary was being used by so many of my peers and when researched it , I found it had everything I was looking for to run a successful business. But what makes them exceptional is the ongoing training options and their excellent appreciation of my business, this aligns with my own business values. Highly recommended.

Power Diary is so simple to use

Power Diary is so simple to use. Once the templates are setup, it streamlines and automates a lot of the work so I don't have to spend countless hours on admin work. The help files are succinct and easy to understand.

It's been about two years now since I started using Power Diary and I wouldn't use anything else.

"Easy setup - great support"

What do you like best about Power Diary? It is intuitive and well planned layout. What do you dislike about Power Diary? The setup videos and the layout of current version do not match and is confusing and requires help from customer service to navigate. Small changes to allocating users. What problems is Power Diary solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps the team have one diary for each location and helps with setting appintments and tracking clients.

Power diary is an excellent platform

Power diary is an excellent platform. It's easy to navigate and customise and the customer service has always been excellent. I would absolutely give 5 stars, but for me, the drawback is not having access to electronic prescribing. If you don't need this, then it's 5 stars for sure.
