Great Tool to create/test API
What do you like best? I was introduced to POSTMAN back in college. I used it to send POST and GET requests. It was a great tool to get API data and receive the output in a variety of formats like JSON or XML. But the best feature I used was when I started my first job and I used it to build a mock API for an app. It helped me create mock API callouts which could be shared across with your team without worrying about having an actual backend. What do you dislike? I had to read a lot of ...

Postman really delivers
What do you like best? It all comes down the ease of use. I used to have to develop mini test apps in order to hit a REST or SOAP service. Postman eliminates that altogether! What do you dislike? A very limited subset of client certificates are supported. It would be nice to get all the common ones in there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to help with testing time. Before, custom, messy test apps were being ...

Postman is a powerful tool used to test web services in a simple and quick way.
What do you like best? I use the free version to test small applications for individual projects especially. I like it because it makes the development of APIs, fast and easy. The most used software at work
What do you like best? Very easy to save and manage API calls. Lot of great features to make lives of API developers easy. This is one tool every API developer must have. It is more powerful and easy to use compared to some of its competitors . It rolls out upgraded versions pretty often and usually new and good features are added. Lot of information about the information is made available to the users, including cookies. What do you dislike? Probably when it was new, it was a bit hard ...

Essential for consuming APIs
What do you like best? I like the easy that becomes to test almost any kind of service, only by configuring some parameters and, if needed, the environment. The possibility to store and organize your requests by collections and folders is very useful too, joined to the different environments that you can configure (i.e. to test both DEV and PROD endpoints. And now, with the "workspaces" added recently you can share your collections even easily that before.. I maintain it always open in ...
