"Useful tool for warehousing, sending out gifts to customers, engagement and follow ups"

What do you like best about Postal? It's pretty easy to learn and use! It's an excellent tool for engagement and follow-ups, especially when tied to events and campaigns. I enjoy the wide variety of gifts in the marketplace, and it makes it much easier to ship out our swag when needed. Customer support is usually very quick and the team is great at helping out and troubleshooting when needed.

What do you like best about Postal? Postal allows our teams to easily gift within our guidelines across all segments and the lifecycle of a prospect and customer. Additionally, postal events allow our events team to easily plan and execute virtual events that add value to our prospects and customers experiences with us. Managing teams and budgets is easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about Postal? Postal takes the logistical stress out of offline marketing from a sales, marketing and customer success perspective. Their team is extremely responsive and helpful pre and post-sales.

"Go with Postal"

What do you like best about Postal? I like the visibility best. When I send a gift, I can see if the customer read my gift email, and I get notified once the customer has accepted it. The client and I can also message directly from the Postal.io message sent over. This visibility and communication keep me well-informed and enables a thoughtful follow-up process with key clients and prospects.

What do you like best about Postal? The new Engage platform is very intuitive. The ability to create collections and magic links makes it easy to give our customers multiple options or allow entire teams access to gift for any one initiative. The virtual event experiences are great and the team is very responsive to help you pull them off successfully.

"Make your prospects feel extra special with the help of Postal! Gift giving has brought me success!!"

What do you like best about Postal? It's helpful that there are 3 different ways to send. It's also a nice feature that the magic links do not remove the value from your bank when created, instead only after the prospect has accepted. This enables me to send more gifts than I have a bank for, which is necessary since so few people accept.
