I called in this morning with a issue and had the pleasure of speaking with Dave. I confirmed my info for my business and told him about the problem that I was having and he immediately fixed my issue promptly. Comcash is STILL the best
We have been Comcash customers for nearly 20 years. When it came time to migrate to a cloud-based service we shopped every available option. Arend in tech support was so incredibly helpful for me in a situation that was greatly affecting my business. Despite my obvious frustration, he stayed on the phone with me for multiple phone calls, and worked through my issue with my POS system until it was resolved.
