Great service with just a few areas for improvement.Overall, I had a very good experience. The service was efficient, and the Tech Support Agent Mr Sooraj was friendly and responsive to my needs. Everything was good, just the process was kind of long over 3 hours and there were a couple of small issues that could be improved — such as a slight delay in remote connecting tools and a bit of confusion during the setup particulary for Card Swiper processor that gave us a hard time getting it ...
