PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how this program seems to walk you through your tasks with its constant cues on how you can proceed. It also has a feature where you can easily launch your tool of choice from a dropdown list. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The dashboard isn’t customizable. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, I really like how this program was designed--simple and clean. The developers are always looking for features to add and improve on too, which is always great. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Really helpful management and charting tool.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love best about this program is its no-nonsense configuration. One can easily learn it and use it too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? You can’t change the charting templates too much. Even then, there are not a lot of templates you can choose from in the first place. Not much external support needed.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This had been particularly easy software to launch. We had it up and running in no time, without the need to tap into our already busy IT personnel to help us out. Because it is an online-based program, we did not need much external support in getting it started. Even the upkeep can be done within the department too. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navigating this tool is just as easy as 1-2-3. It’s really easy to use, to learn, and to implement within your workspace. Incredible EHR platform and navigation
What do you like best? This is one of my favorite interfaces for ease of medication orders entry, progress notes and integration with labs and results What do you dislike? There is not enough tabs for radiology or labs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’m able to manage point of care at bedside and accesss the entire record without issue

What do you like best? It is easy to use with multiple prompts. It also has dropdown boxes to select the correct app you are looking for What do you dislike? I would like to see a dashboard that you can also add favorites to for easier access instead of a generic one What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is versatile so that multiple users can utilize it at the same time. Ease of access to other departments.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. It is self-explanatory. It makes organization of medical records easy to view at a glance. What do you dislike? There is nothing about it I don't like. It is the best of the EHR programs I have used. Recommendations to others considering the product: I like Point Click Care. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to sign off medications and view medical records. Great for charting.

PointClickCare; Not as Robust as Some, but a Highly Beneficial EHR for LTCs
What do you like best? PCC encompasses a full suite of integrated apps making LTC residents, LTC clinical staff, and LTC management quite happy. In fact, at the time of this review PCC is & has been the leading EHR software in the senior care vertical. For good reason; mobile friendly, rich in features & reports, strong analytics, and relatively easy to use.
