Convenient and applicable to my needs
What do you like best? Podium helps me to connect with my customers either on my computer or cell phone, which is very convenient for me as I am found in different places throughout the day. The way customers prefer to communicate!
What do you like best? I use Podium to send quotes to customers. They appreciate tapping a link in the text to view their documents without email. What do you dislike? Very easy tool to use for both our agency and for our clients.
What do you like best? Our agency has 50+ clients, and Podium allows us to easily aggregate and respond to all of the many online reviews for each of our clients. We also appreciate how easy it's been to teach our clients' employees to use Podium to solicit more reviews from their customers. What do you dislike? Our only real issue with Podium is that we aren't able to aggregate our clients' Yelp reviews, but we're aware this is a Yelp problem that there's currently not a ...

Easy to communicate with customers and provide more of a personal experience
What do you like best? I like that I can track my individual progress in reviews, conversations and leads. I like being able to answer simple questions for customers that don't require a phone call. I also am a big fan that when a colleague doesn't have an answer, they can assign the conversation to me. It's super user-friendly and easy to monitor. Yes, very utilized
What do you like best? I like that it shows your reviews immediately and the customer follow up options. I like that if someone else picks up the lead and begins typing it will show me so I can back out of the lead to avoid duplicating a response over top of each other. What do you dislike? That you can't hide things differently. I know you can see what's assigned to you but I wish you could filter differently. Like remove certain options that you don't want to see but still ...

Great tool for our small business
What do you like best? I like that I can send a text to more than one customer at a time and ask them to give me a review. When they complete the review it gets posted right away to google or facebook. What do you dislike? I don't like that the notifications do not always pop up like they are supposed to. Podium makes us more efficient and helps us be consistent.
What do you like best? Podium has streamlined our review request process. Instead of sending clients multiple links to different review sites, we can now send one link that gives them all their options. This makes it easier for our staff and provides a better experience for clients. A solid solution for an important piece of the marketing puzzle.
What do you like best? A great UI and an attentive team. I appreciate their ability to troubleshoot and offer solutions to questions I have. I also enjoy the role structures they provide within the Podium interface. It's helpful to be able to assign users to their own teams and give them varying levels of permissions wihin those groups. Helpful for increasing reviews
What do you like best? Its very simple/easy to use and easy to send out review request to customers What do you dislike? Its just expensive. Also we signed up for the chat widget but were unable to use it and we still have to pay for it monthly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have gotten wayyyy more reviews since using podium
