Awesome Tool Customer Interaction

What do you like best? Podium has totally changed the way we communicate with our customers. As a result, our online reviews have skyrocketed. I like that everything is now centralized. What do you dislike? I would like for there to be a way to cut some of the unnecessary reporting out of our profile. Sometimes it's hard to keep everything organized. Awesome, user friendly program that streamlines communication for all

What do you like best? Gain reviews. Super user friendly & easy to manage. Easy to engage residents of all ages as well. Podium does the hard work for us. Love the templates & manageable internal features like assigning the convo & etc. Also allows for all user to interact flawlessly & find messages quickly. Podium is quick, easy and worth the investment

What do you like best? I appreciate the templates and links that make it easy for customers to click and leave a review. If our customers haven't responded to the first message then there are reminder templates and also thank you templates if they do respond. This has helped our company to grow from 2.7 stars to 3.5 in a few months. It also makes it easy to see where we stand compared to our competitors. What do you dislike? I would highly recommend Podium to everyone!

What do you like best? The best part about podium is the webchat and payment features. We signed on for help with our reviews which went very well and now we are communicating with our customers through text more often and creating really great experiences for them.
