User Friendly & Easy to Navigate

What do you like best? Podium has created an easy to use interface to communicate with customers. A lot of my customer thought it was so user friendly they were choosing to communicate with me via the app versus texting or calling me directly. What do you dislike? Efficient Reputation Management

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about podium is we can respond to all reviews for 23 locations in one convenient place. What do you dislike? I wish that we could set all auto responses in both English and Spanish. The system can’t detect language and have multiple after hour responses. Google review invites and other customer contact all in one, easy to use app!

What do you like best? Podium makes obtaining Google reviews far easier and keeps the number of emails and phone calls to a minimum. Texting is generally more convenient for our customers. We have a record of each previous conversation and the customers' contact information all in one place. What do you dislike? I cannot search through my conversations by keyword. Get Podium as quickly as possible!

What do you like best? Podium was so important during our COVID shut down and it continues to be an important part of our business every day. More and more people are communicating with us virtually because they have more ways to reach us. Facebook Messenger, Web Chats and texts all come in to one place now, making it so much easier and faster to respond. Simplicity And functionality

What do you like best? Podium is that you use application I’ve ever had to use. Getting in touch with customers and being able to communicate with them in a timely manner in a very professional way. Reviews made simple

What do you like best? Podium makes obtaining reviews an easy task for both my staff and my patients. I love that we can have our own customized review invite and send to our patients with a click of a button. Podium makes providing a review very simple where patients of older age do not seem to have difficulty. We also use podium to confirm appointments via text (for patients who have opted in). What do you like best? Being able to respond and customize review invitation. Only leaves the perfect reviews to be viewable What do you dislike? Not being able to re score from the application. Great way to communicate with customers

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Podium is how easy it is to communicate with our customers! We can send messages via text or we can send emails as well and it is all on one platform. I also like that we can send a template to our customers that have purchased from us asking for them to leave us reviews! With the click of one button!
