Podium has been great for our company!

What do you like best? Our reviews have grown immensely and they are a wonderful team to work with. What do you dislike? I do not like that we have to have 2 separate phone numbers for our 2 locations. It would be nice if we could have everything under one number. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating with our customers has been so much easier! They love that we text too.

CUSTOMER INQUIRIES THAT GET INSTANT RESPONSES TO CUSTOMERS WITH OUT ANY CALL IN TIME HAS MADE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RATINGS GO SKY HIGH BECAUSE WE ARE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO MORE CUSTOMERS AT ONE TIME. Great utility for small businesses

What do you like best? Podium helps us solicit Google reviews from customers which boosts our rating on Google Maps. This is beneficial because most reviews can be from bad customers unless good customers are incentivized or given an easy way to leave a review after purchasing the product. The Best Way to Simplify My Reach

What do you like best? I can personalize and send my review invitations easily. As soon as my clients submit reviews, I can read them across all the different platforms and engage with them. For people who send anonymous reviews, I can check with Google to see what other reviews they have written to make sure they have not mistakenly stated they visited us when they have not.
